I like this portrait of Alyssa a lot because of the color of her shirt comparing to the green of the background. She also is clearly the focus of the picture.
In this photo I like the odd pose for a portrait and how she looks very natural.
I loved the colors in this image and how mac stands out in her dark clothing compared to the colorful leaves around her.
This is one of my favorite portraits because of her hair glowing and reminding me a bit of fire.
This is my favorite portrait because of the shadows around him and the lighting overall. I also like that he is not looking at the camera but looking away and laughing at something, it looks very natural.
Water
In this photos all of the different colors is something I really love. Also the picture looks inviting to me, like you would want to sit under the tree and read.
In this photo the reflection in the water of the building and how it is upside down makes it a favorite of mine.
On the bridge I didn't want the standard picture from the railing so I knelt down and focused on the water through the boards, leaving it the only thing in focus.
At this time of day there was no wind so the water looked like glass and I was able to get a beautiful reflection on the surface.
This is one of my favorites because of the branches in the water. They have been submerged so long they have algae growing on them. They look really cool and even are shaped a bit like coral.
Detail
For this detail photo I took a super close up shot of a metal pole and I really liked how you could see every little grove in the metal.
I love this photo and seeing all of the small sharp edges and the water droplets makes it a great picture to me.
For this leaf the colors sharpness in comparison to the green background and the bits of water on it really made it stand out for me.
For this photo all of the groves and bits of moss with the darkened areas of shadows makes a really interesting picture to me.
This photo may be my favorite out of all my photos. I layed down on the ground to take it and the detail I was able to capture of the pine cone and little fruit I'm guessing is something I really love.
Rust
This is one of my favorite photos because of the W H etched into the rust is really interesting to me.
I really liked the streaky paint on the hinge and the rust seen on the screws.
Originally this was meant to be a detailed shot but the rust peeking through the green paint was a cool contrast to me so it went under rust.
For this the gear between the two parts of the machine was really interesting to me as well as the rust everywhere. It added a lot of colors.
This is one of my favorite rust photos because of the perspective. I took the photo with the lens pointing up so I couldn't see the image until after but I am really satisfied with this photo.
